DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Enjoy free shipping throughout Singapore! We've partnered with reliable local couriers to ensure seamless delivery. In rare cases of multiple delivery failures, the order will be returned to us. To resend the order, a re-delivery fee of SGD 5 will apply. Ready-made items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom-made and pre-ordered items take approximately 2-3 weeks per piece to ship.

Due to the nature of our items, we regret that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for ready-made and custom crochet orders.
